SHIPPING

WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK IT?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to watch its progress getting to you. You can also log into your Serena Williams Jewelry account and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states & Washington, DC. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. But, stay tuned!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm ET will be sent the same day. For orders received after 12pm ET or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will attempt to ship your order the next working day. However, in some cases, items in our collection may have a wait time as inventories are being replenished. We typically list any wait times on that product's page. If you still have questions, please reach out to us via email at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com with your order ID number, if you have already made a purchase.

We use secure jewelry shipping services. The specific shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Orders are shipped in the day orders are confirmed. However, in some cases items in our collection may have a wait time as inventories are being replenished. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Standard shipping of all orders will take three to five day for delivery. To receive your jewelry sooner, we also offer two-day expedited shipping and one-day express shipping. Estimated shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays by shipping carrier. Also, depending on your postal code, the express shipping option may not be available.

Shipping is free for standard three to five day delivery. To receive your jewelry sooner, an additional charge for expedited two-day shipping ($14.99) your order total at check out.

We require a signature on all deliveries.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ONLINE ORDER?
Applicable taxes are applied at check-out according to the state of your shipping address.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS?
Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the time of the order is placed. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PACKAGING! DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Each piece of Serena Williams Jewelry is presented in our signature white box accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (signed by Serena) and placed in an iridescent tote bag. If you would like certain jewelry items packaged together, please leave a note in the Special Instructions section at check out. We will do our best to fulfill your request. We do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service.

 

IF I MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you missed the delivery of your package, or it has not arrived on time, trace the status of your package with your order tracking number on the shipping carrier's website. If you have any difficulties, contact shipping carrier directly for assistance. Send us an email at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com if you might need further assistance.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If we have not already shipped your order, email us at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re not able to adjust or have the package rerouted to another address for you.

All items returned will be refunded to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, no.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?
Yes. Returns are only accepted using the prepaid shipping label that will be sent to you at the time you request a return. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage when shipping your return. We are not able to issue a refund for items that are lost in shipping or not received. We also are not liable for any items lost in return shipping or do not reach us if an alternative shipment method is used.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
We will try our best to cancel orders before they are shipped and confirm it with you by email. To cancel an order, email us at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com. We will cancel and refund your purchase to your original method of payment. However, we can't cancel orders that are already processed and shipped.

ARE YOUR EARRINGS SOLD AS SINGLES OR PAIRS?
Currently, all earrings in the Serena Williams Jewelry collection are sold as pairs.

 

HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?
The average female ring size is a US size 7. But finding the most comfortable ring size is a very important part of your jewelry buying process. So, it’s important to get it right. To find your perfect ring size click here or try these simple tips:- Do you already have a ring you wear on the same finger? Measure the internal diameter carefully and match it to the diameter on our ring sizer.
- If you are giving the ring as a gift, ask the recipient if they know their ring size. If they don't, send their shipping address to us at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com. We will send them our free ring sizer anonymously. You'll need to discover their ring size. 

- If you have large knuckles or are considering a wider ring style, we recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit.

- If you’re a half size, it's best to order the next size up. For example, if you’re between 6 and 7, go with a 7.

I DON’T SEE MY RING SIZE ONLINE – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our current collection is available in standard jewelry sizes that are listed on each item's product page. As our collection continues to grow, stay tuned for additional sizing options.

Our pieces are not currently available for resizing. We recommend using our ring sizer to determine the size most comfortable for you. Some tips: - If you have large knuckles or are considering a wider ring style, we recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit. - If you’re a half size, it's best to order the next size up. ARE YOUR DIAMONDS "CONFLICT FREE"? ARE PRECIOUS METALS ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Yes! Responsible sourcing is of the most important aspects of the Serena Williams Jewelry collection. We only select conflict-free diamonds and ethically sourced precious metals in our jewelry pieces.

 

HELP! I BROKE MY SERENA WILLIAMS JEWELRY PIECE, WHAT NOW?
While we make each jewelry piece as durable as possible, we understand that gemstones can fall out or a chain can break, as in the case of all jewelry. We want to make sure you are happy and will work with you to make the situation right. Please email our team with the subject line "Repair" at info@serenawilliamsjewelry.com for next steps. An additional charge for the repair work plus shipping and handling may apply.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
All fine jewelry is delicate and should be treated and cleaned with care. 

Remove jewelry before showering or applying lotion and keep away from chemicals such as hairspray or other cosmetics.We also recommend removing jewelry before swimming in the ocean or pool.Refrain from wearing your jewelry to the gym or during other strenuous activity.Re-clasp your necklaces or bracelets when storing them to prevent tangles or knots.To clean: use a soft-bristled toothbrush and dish soap to gently scrub your jewelry.

Serena Williams Jewelry is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and does not provide polishing services for purchased jewelry.

 

ARE ALL METALS USED IN SERENA WILLIAMS JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
Many people have allergies or are sensitive to different metals used in jewelry, particularly nickel which is not hypogenic and is often blended with 24k gold and 100% silver to create strong alloys used in crafting jewelry.

In the case of Serena Williams Jewelry, all gold pieces in the collection are 14k karat, an alloy of pure 24 karat gold. 24k gold is hypoallergenic, but too soft for jewelry since a piece would lose its shape easily. 14k gold is a blend of 24k gold and harder metals, like nickel and platinum, to boost its durability and strength.

For white gold, metals like nickel, platinum, palladium and zinc are typically blended with 24k gold depending on the type of jewelry made.

For yellow gold, metals like silver, copper and zinc are typically used to create a natural layer of colored oxide on the surface that helps enhance the yellowish hue in yellow gold.

For pink or rose gold, the 14k gold alloy is made with copper which gives the piece of jewelry its reddish patina.

Like gold, pure 100% silver is too soft to be fashioned into jewelry. All sterling silver pieces in the Serena Williams Jewelry collection must contain at least 92.5% silver to have the designation “sterling.” Although its blended with other metals to make it strong and durable, its virtual purity makes it hypoallergenic for most people with allergies.

 

I THINK I'M HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO MY RING. HOW CAN I TELL?
Nothing is more frustrating than being unable to wear a beautiful ring because it irritates your skin. But don’t worry. There are many options when faced with this problem.

The first step is to try to determine what the cause of the irritation is. There are two main types of irritation: Physical irritation caused by the metal rubbing against the skin, and allergic reactions to jewelry. These types of irritation can look very similar, but their root causes are very different.

Physical irritation can be caused by the design of the ring and if it sits comfortably on your finger, a rough area that is the result of normal wear and tear, or a ring that is not sized correctly. Also, changes in diet can dramatically affect finger sizes. For instance, it’s possible that a change in diet (eating more salty foods, for instance) has caused your finger to swell slightly.

An allergic reaction could be signaled red and itchy skin or a rash on your ring finger. Individuals with a history of sensitive skin or skin disorders are more prone to this type of allergic reaction. It is most commonly caused by either an actual allergy to the nickel component of the ring itself or an irritation from the buildup of soap and/or debris under the ring for prolonged periods of time. It may occur even after many years of wearing the same ring without any problems. 

Try wearing the ring on a different finger or periodically taking the ring off to let your finger breathe. Or simply remove the ring for each hand washing and drying the ring and the finger well before replacing the ring may be effective in relieving this type of ring rash.
